How handy that there are painters who always like to try out new things. By placing a Roll and Go in the heated paint kettle, you have a sturdy rolling surface in the FlowControl.
Rolling in cold weather can also go smooth
Applying heated paint or varnish with a roller also makes sense when the paint is a bit thicker (e.g. due to cold weather). Heating the paint or varnish makes it flow much better and spread more evenly with the roller.
Heated paint or varnish will also take on the orange peel texture of the roller slightly less because it flows better. Ideal if you want to roll a tabletop, door or kitchen cabinets. Try it for yourself! With the FlowControl, make sure you add a little more water to the reservoir, preferably already warm, as this will save battery power.
